This home has an open floor plan that is designed for gathering together and enjoying the time to unwind. The living / dining / kitchen area is open and has direct access to the covered back deck + view of the private lake.
The downstairs bedroom has a king size bed, the upstairs loft has two queens to sleep a total of 6
The kitchen is fully outfitted for cooking.
There is a large stone fire pit by the lake with comfy Adirondack chairs. Picnic table for family meals by the lake.
Enjoy walking the perimeter of the lake through the quiet woods of over 9 acres, with wildflowers, and beautiful native plants and trees along the way. Only one other house has access to the lake and property and it is discreetly tucked away out of sight.
Pack a picnic lunch and walk to the other side and enjoy the solitude!
You are welcome to bring your kayak and fish to your heart’s content, you will find bass, brim, crappie and catfish. One end of the lake would be suitable for shoreline casting. Please note that the lake does not have a beach, but is surrounded by protective wetland along most of its shoreline. You can launch your kayak easily, however it is not suitable for wading or swimming.
The house is located down a long gravel driveway.

Over 30,000 acres of state parks, 85 miles of hiking of all levels of difficulty, zip lines, a 1300+ acre off road venue, The Caverns and other great music venues, and so much more.
The area has rich history that began in the late 1700's and rich in mining, timber and agriculture. The Grundy County Heritage museum is located nearby in Tracy City.
