In the South Cumberland State Park you have access to over 30, 000 acres, 85 miles of trails, waterfalls, and breathtaking mountain views. The trailhead at Greeter Falls is less than a mile drive away and Stone Door is about 7 miles from the Lodge

Greeter Falls

Greeter Falls Trailhead is 1 mile from our place. Greeter Falls Loop is a 1.1 mile loop trail that features a waterfall and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking and walking and is best used from March until October, but is open year round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash, however the spiral staircase down to the bottom of the falls is not very dog-friendly.

 

The Great Stone Door

Stone Door Trail is a 1.8 mile heavily trafficked out and back trail located near Beersheba Springs, Tennessee that features beautiful wild flowers and is good for all skill levels. It is about 7 miles from the Lodge. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, and nature trips and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.
